The former Vice President, a man who served under President Barack Obama for 8 years has opened up a 12 point lead over the incumbent President Donald Trump in the latest Fox News national poll, with a majority of eligible voters disapproving of Donald Trump's handling of the protests in response to the killing of George Floyd.

The crushing survey propels Biden at 50 percent and Trump at 38 percent. In mid-May Biden kept a 48-40 lead over Trump in another Fox News poll. The RealClearPolitics average shows Biden surpassing a 50 percent support mark, leading Trump by 9 points overall.

A whopping 56 percent of voters disapprove of the response of Trump and his administration to the protest, whilst on the other hand, 60 percent of voters had positive views of the demonstrations.

An even bigger whopper at sixty-one percent said they disapproved of Trump's handling of race relations. Fifty-three percent think Biden respects minorities, while only 35 percent said the same of Trump.

Race has become such a major issue in the minds of voters, that Eighty-one percent shared their concerns about racism with about two-thirds saying they view racism as a major threat to the stability of the country; about equal amounts of votes said the same about unemployment and coronavirus being a threat to the nation's stability.
