In a 6-3 ruling that caught Christian conservatives off guard, yet another failure on Donald Trump's campaign promise to push an anti-LGBT agenda. Trans-people could now use legal remedies against employers that seek to terminate them based on their gender orientation. The move strengthens the civil rights movement in America but faces backlash from conservative senators. The constitution acts as a guarantor of equality since the dawn of its creation, saying; equal justice for all.

However, conservatives and their alt-right movement hold a different interpretation of the constitution, with views based on quasi-religious ideologies that seek to trump the voice of marginalized people. This is likely based on their evangelical upbringing, the same views none-the-less that justified slavery and the imperialistic wrongdoings of America.

With one heavily trafficked website "The Federalist", claiming America's slavery was justified in its actions because all the nation-states at the time were participating in slavery. They then went on to dismiss America's imperial start in the west by distancing their views from the trail of tears-- A story we all know well.

The first European settlers slaughtered hundreds of native Indians when the US President Andrew Jackson ordered the Army forces to relocate some 60,000 native American Indians from their ancestral Homelands in the southern United States to the west of the Mississippi River, authorized by the Indian Removal act in 1830.

Modern society must face the problems of the future today if we want to preserve the American fundamentals of tomorrow; America was forged on the idea that the future exists-- the bill of rights was created as a shield against a tyrannical government, a problem of the future. So imperative to the American democracy that it was the first amendment to the official document, solving the problems of tomorrow now grants us our most basic fundamental rights. As did the civil rights movement for black rights and so did the founding fathers when they escaped the tyranny of the British throne to form their own country.
